Ken Evans, Founder & CEO
Since breaking into the construction industry in the year...well, let's just say long before the internet, Ken Evans, Founder and Owner of Evans Consulting and Construction has become known as a dependable, knowledgeable, and honest builder. With a Construction Science degree from Texas A&M University, and over 46 years of experience, he has learned some valuable tools of the trade and has done it all - from laborer to Owner.
Ken is a member of Pathway Church, past member of Rotary Club of Fort Worth, Board
of Directors Past President for E.R. Van Zandt Southwest YMCA, and served on the
event committee for Habitat for Humanity. He has been married for 48 years, has 2
daughters and 4 grandchildren.

Ashley Tinsley, Vice President
Ashley Tinsley is the Vice President of Evans Consulting & Construction where she is responsible for marketing, business development, client engagement, company culture, and financial management. Growing up as a native to the Fort Worth area and with a father in construction, Ashley was destined for her current role despite her initial career focus.
Graduating from Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Business Administration - Marketing, and a Certificate in Retailing, construction was not exactly in her career path. However, life had different plans and now with 13 years in the industry, she has loved every minute of it.
Ashley is heavily involved with CREW Fort Worth (Commercial Real Estate Women) where she served as a board director for 6 years, was President of the chapter in 2021 and currently chairs the communications committee. She is a graduate of the CREW Network 2020 Leadership Certificate Program and is the recipient of the 2015 CREW Future Leader award and the 2023 Susan A. Halsey Excellence in Leadership award. She currently serves as Chairman of the Board for Cuisine for Healing, a local non-profit, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth.
Ashley lives in Fort Worth, Texas with her husband, Phillip, and two sons, Bingham & Jameson. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, live music, dancing and binge-watching tv.
